Traditional IT support companies are focussed on selling products and services, which are undoubtedly great. Their support comes in the form of packages which range in price and effectiveness.
Our support is ad-hoc and al a carte – contact us when you want assistance. Our fees range from FREE, to £5.00 remote login (for existing customers), to £50 for a 2 hour visit – and you can thrust any number of gadgets for which assistance is required.
